Dalectrix is a great service. I am always happy with the work that is completed. Dale and his team are trust worth and friendly. I can at times feel uncomfortable having trades in my house, but I have never felt this with Dalectrix. A great company that I will continue to use.

They respond very quickly to your needs and are very fairly priced. They’ve done a variety of work for me over the years and I can always trust them to do a fantastic top quality job. I had an emergency situation, the work would have to cease in-situ within 2 hours. I've got contact details to Dalectrix. My call was answered immediately :) I was asked to give 2 minutes so they can re-arrange the snowed-under schedule for the day, I got call back within 2 minutes :) Their man showed up within 1 hour, finished smoothly job within 1 hour and the work was progressing further without interruptions. And I'm charged fairly. Holding to the facts, THANK YOU, DALECTRIX TEAM :D

In an emergency situation Dale stopped what he had scheduled to complete 3 days of work making our residence safe and liveable.The feedback he provided us with kept us up to date and informed about the progress of the work, what was required by Western Power to be compliant and a timeline for completion.A very thorough job and excellent service and follow up.Will be our electrician of choice in future.
